AI Sherpa is a Canadian-founded AI advisory, now headquartered in Oman. We work with organisations across the Gulf region and internationally — bringing practical AI expertise to businesses ready to move.
Our Story
AI Sherpa was founded by Saqib Ahmed Dadabhoy — a Canadian digital transformation specialist who relocated to Oman to bring AI advisory closer to the businesses that need it most.
Before founding AI Sherpa, Saqib led digital transformation at 1508 London, a luxury boutique interior design firm in London — embedding AI into operations where precision and taste matter as much as efficiency.
He also built SurfaceKit, a Shopify app that automatically enriches product data so AI engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Claude can discover and recommend products.
That practitioner background is what sets AI Sherpa apart. We don't advise from slides — we build, test, and deploy the same tools we recommend. Our team brings experience across luxury design, retail, energy, logistics, and professional services.
Sandcastle is AI Sherpa's implementation arm — our in-house capability for building and deploying the workflows, automations, and AI systems our audits recommend.
